Design Guidelines

Your digitized design: If you have your existing design on disc, you can email it to us, if it is not in *.ofm or *.exp format, there may be a conversion fee.

New Graphic designs: We prefer vector images (.eps, .cdr, .ai). However, we have the ability to open and work with TIFF, BMP, JPG, or PDF as well as some other file formats. The files should be a minimum of 300 dpi or more, and please submit your files with the color scheme that you would like the finished product to be.  If you don't have an image of your logo, and are not able to create one, we would be happy to create one for you.  One thing to remember in your design process is that gradients do not work well with embroidery and are expensive to digitize.
